At sweetcocoon.gr our goal is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
It is clarified that the returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. You should still be contacted by e-mail at info@sweetcocoon.gr in order to be given instructions.
If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. a larger size), we refund the purchase amount of the specific product, it is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
