Cancellation of order

When you place your order through the online store https://sweetcocoon.gr/, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order.
For any return of your products you can send us your request in writing by e-mail to info@sweetcocoon.gr. For any information you need, you can contact us by consulting the contact details on our site. The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with unopened packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. Should you open the packaging of the product you must ensure that you return it in perfect condition, together with all parts and components of which it is made up.
You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store or to the transport company or courier company.
Our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products made available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. In the event that a defective product is found in the delivered products, you reserve the right to return and replace it at our shipping costs.
If they are not returned within 15 days then our company may not accept any return or replacement product. In any case, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights granted under the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws relating to the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.

Transport of returned products

If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will be charged the direct cost of returning the goods. Returned goods can only be collected from the address that you have stated from the outset for their dispatch and which you have indicated to us in writing.
You agree to provide our company with as much detail as possible about the address for the collection of the goods, for example floor, difficulties of access for the carrier/courier, existence of lifts, narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the collection process from the location you indicate to us. You agree that there will be adequate access to the site for the collection of the returned goods.
If the carrier/courier considers that the collection of the goods from the place you indicate may cause damage to your property, he/she will inform you verbally and record this on the collection form. You may instruct the partner transport company/courier to collect the goods despite this instruction, however we will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your property or the goods as the collection of the goods will be carried out with due care and attention.
You agree to give the merchant all the products you wish to return, including all parts and accessories that make up the products. Upon receipt of the returned products by the carrier, you will sign a receipt form to certify that delivery has been made to the carrier. The receipt form will be provided to you by the partner carrier/courier.
If you are unable to be present when the goods are collected from the site, you can appoint a representative to take care of this on your behalf. This representative must be an adult and capable of supervising the collection of your goods instead of you.

Refund of the value of returned products

Provided you meet the conditions for a refund, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning in the same way as you made the original transaction unless you wish another method of refund of which you must inform us in writing.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out after you inform us in writing about the request to return the products and we accept their return as well as if the products have been delivered to the cooperating transport/courier company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications set by you as a consumer or clearly personalized (Private Label Products)
  • the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you by phone or e-mail, so that you can tell us whether wish, under these conditions, to complete your order. Our company bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its fault and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
  • In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products you did not receive at no extra charge.
  • Modification of the terms hereof: Our company reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. It undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
  • In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and since a long time has passed since the order was placed), please contact our company. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend that you quote the special order code that has been sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

According to the Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into the Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015 and the Decision 31619 Official Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8) the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is foreseen in whole of the European Union.
